All live property pages, gated investor portals, and internal tools — across Bluebird CRE, FCHS, Pendulum, Summit, and La Placa. DNS is hosted at Wix; sites are served by GitHub Pages under leivascody.github.io.

Public repos with confidential content — priority to make private

These are public GitHub repos serving investor-gated or deal-confidential material. Anyone with the repo name (or guessing the GitHub Pages URL) can view the source content right now.

Pattern for adding a new property page

  1. Create a private GitHub repo (e.g., bluebird-<property-slug>). Use dispositions-template as the starter.
  2. Enable GitHub Pages on the repo (Settings → Pages → Source: main branch).
  3. Add a CNAME file containing <slug>.bluebirdcre.co at the repo root.
  4. In Wix DNS (Settings → Manage DNS Records for bluebirdcre.co) add a CNAME: <slug> → leivascody.github.io.
  5. Wait ~5–30 min for DNS propagation, then verify HTTPS provisions in the repo's Pages settings ("Enforce HTTPS").
  6. Add the new entry to this dashboard.
